Hi all.
How do you deal with guilt? I don't mean criminal guilt of course but that nagging guilt that you're not doing enough. That you should be in a better place than what you are now financially? Or that I'm eating too much sugar, not training enough - aarrgghh.
ANy ideas would be very much appreciated. xxx
OMG I do this all the time... 100s of times throughout the day.... feeling guilty that I skipped my walk, didn’t focus when my son was talking to me, spent money on coffee when I vowed not to.... to minimise the guilty feelings I am trying to focus on what I did well instead... I didn’t walk but I did my stretches, I bought coffee but I packed my lunch to work, I didn’t focus on my son in that moment but I gave him quality time almost all the other times he wanted my attention.
