Anchor Health provides a wide range of school-based programs to support the development of both emotional and social health, as well as mental health in young Australians. Our programs are designed to improve mental health literacy while providing practical tools to support prevention and early intervention.

Communication with Care

Communication with Care (Staff PL & Stage 6)

The Communication with Care workshop helps participants develop the core skills needed to build meaningful connections, expanding their ability to identify, listen to, and support someone they are concerned about or who may be in crisis.

Teen Mental Health

Teen Mental Health First Aid

The Teen Mental Health First Aid course teaches young people how to offer support to a friend who may be developing a mental health problem, going through a decline in their mental wellbeing, or experiencing a crisis until appropriate professional help is received.
