The saying, 'win the morning, win the day' is one that we live by at Peerhear. It's also one of our "Principles for a Positive Life." Join this 21-day program to introduce yourself to a morning program that will ensure you set your day up for success. You'll get daily prompts explaining how to get started and what to do. It's not complicated but sometimes we need a little kickstart to get us going. Each day will begin with 4 steps that includes reading, exercising, meditating and writing. Don't beat yourself up if you miss a day or a step here and there. This is not about a perfect attendance record. This is about making a change to your daily routine that hopefully becomes a consistent way to start your day. After the 21 days you'll get a personalised report with all of your progress, any notes that you've taken and any patterns that become apparent during the 3 weeks of self improvement. We can't wait for you to start and feel your life change for the better.
